- Users can actively manage, change, or delete their profile data at any time. Changes take effect instantly across all connected databases.

1Checkin collects personal data voluntarily provided by users, including:
- Email address (for account registration)
- Flight information (booking confirmation, last name)
- Passport information and seat preferences
- Passenger details (nationality, gender, mobile number, national ID)
- Data for travellers added to your account
How We Use Your Data
When you add a flight for check-in, we pass your data to the airline or supplier to process the automated check-in on your behalf. With your consent, your registered email address may receive notifications about service improvements and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Access to Personal Information
Only you, or authorised 1Checkin personnel and suppliers, can access your stored information.
4. Support Inquiries, Questions, and Feedback
Your registered email address is used to respond to inquiries sent to support@1check.in.
5. Your Choices Regarding Personal Data
You can update, change, and delete your personal data through profile settings at any time. Additional options include:
- Manually delete past flight records
- Request a copy of all stored personal data by emailing “request my data list” to support@1check.in
- Delete your entire account and all associated data by emailing “delete personal account” to support@1check.in
6. Data Retention
The maximum retention period for personal data from inactive accounts is 10 months.
7. Use of Cookies
Cookies are small text files (up to 4 KB) stored on your device temporarily or permanently. They contain no identifiable personal information and help the website recognise you and track navigation between pages.
